Wondering how to get the best out of your staff and how to improve your customers’ experience? Business Skills, Stourbridge College’s employer training arm, has opened up a new retail training facility at the Merry Hill Centre as part of the National Retail Skills Academy.
The Black Country Skills Shop, which is run in partnership with Westfield at Merry Hill, Worcester College, Shrewsbury College and Jobcentre Plus, covers the Black Country region as well as Hereford & Worcester and Shrewsbury.
